Breathe like the weather moves through you.
Every season of life carries its own weather. Your breath is how you move through them — the bright springs, the long winters, and every storm that always, eventually, passes. Learn to settle your own nervous system, outside under real Texas sky.
Shallow chest breathing. Racing thoughts. That low hum of stress you can't quite shake, even when nothing's wrong. Burnout starts to feel like permanent weather.
But no weather is permanent. The breath is how your body remembers that — how it learns, again, that every storm passes.
I hold space for the breath — outside, where the oak trees listen.
I'm a certified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator in Austin — leading outdoor circles, in-person sessions at Casa de Luz, and quiet one-on-one work in the Hill Country. It's all built around one idea: your nervous system already knows how to settle. It just needs a rhythm to follow.
No incense-and-robes act. You come exactly as you are — coffee still in hand, tattoos, skepticism and all — and we breathe until the static clears. That's the whole method: stress is weather, and breath is how you move through it.
Real breath. Real people. Real Texas.
Ninety minutes to move through your own weather.
In person, unhurried. Five natural arcs carry you from arrival to a clear, quiet sky — and back to yourself.
Arrival
Settle in, no rush. We talk about what you carried in.
Activation
Breath patterns that wake the nervous system and clear the day's static.
Peak
Sensation, intensity, release — whatever your body needs to let go of.
Integration
Gentle landing. Slow breath, stillness, the system finding ground.
Close
Breathing together, no technique. Just the clear sky you made.

A weekend to remember what calm feels like.
Hill Country mornings: clear air, soft light, no agenda. We breathe together at dawn, move through the day at whatever pace your nervous system needs, and close with dusk circles that feel like coming home. For people who know they need to reset but haven't found the space yet.
Come skeptical. Leave settled.
You'll likely feel the difference between breathing into your chest and breathing into your belly — and still be reaching for it months later.
You can walk in skeptical and leave with your nervous system genuinely settled, maybe for the first time in a long while.
No one's selling you enlightenment here. You're just learning how to breathe — which turns out to be nearly everything.
What is breathwork, actually?
Specific breathing patterns that help calm your nervous system and reset your stress response. Research suggests breathwork may support heart-rate variability, healthy stress levels, and mood. It's grounded in nervous-system science — not spirituality.
I've never done this. Is it safe?
Yes. We start slowly, check in often, and you always have choices. First-timers usually say it's gentler than they expected. A little nervousness is normal — we work with it.
What do I bring?
Comfortable clothes you can lie down in, and a water bottle. I provide mats, blankets, and tea. Bring whatever's on your mind, too.
What about anxiety or trauma?
Breath can be powerful for both, and I work gently and at your pace. If you're seeing a therapist, let me know so we can coordinate. If you're in crisis, please reach out to a mental-health professional first.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
The 1:1s are in person so I can read how your body responds and adjust in real time. Group classes and a grounding-practice audio library are the best way to breathe with me from anywhere for now.
Refunds & rescheduling?
Reschedule anytime with 48 hours' notice. Drop-in classes are non-refundable. Packages carry a 7-day change-of-mind refund; after that, sessions roll over for 12 months.
A note on safety
Breathwork is not a substitute for medical care. Please consult your physician before participating if you have cardiovascular, neurological, or mental-health conditions; are pregnant; or live with epilepsy or glaucoma. If anything feels off during a session — dizziness, chest discomfort, unusual sensations — tell me and we'll adjust immediately.
Let's find your clear sky.
Tell me a little about what you're carrying. I'll follow up within a day to find a time — no pressure, no scripts.
